Refund policy

Pink Fish Design Company does not offer returns or refunds for any reason other than a defective piece of film or damage due to shipping. All purchases are made to order. Pink Fish Design Company is not responsible for processing any returns or refunds due to incorrect measurements purchased. International buyers are responsible for all import duties charged at their border. Pink Fish Design Company is not responsible for those charges unless from The United States. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of their countries import duties and taxes.

To process a return/refund, we require photos of the entire Film piece laid out or held up in front of a light source with zoomed images of any defects. Photos and request must be submitted no more than 14 days after shipment arrives. Due to varying installation methods, any films partially installed will not be refunded. For this reason, we urge you to open your package as soon as it arrives and inspect it before installation. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason after installation is started. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You can email us at hello@pinkfishprivacyfilms.com right after you’ve placed your order and request a refund with details for why. In the event that our team has not started on your order, we will be happy to accept the request. Otherwise ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We urge you to triple check all dimensions on your order to ensure you purchased correctly as we cannot guarantee any changes to orders after they are placed. If a product is defective or damaged please email us at hello@pinkfishprivacyfilms.com with attached photographic/video proof within 14 days of receiving your order. If accepted, we will exchange your order free of charge.
