Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-4 business days to let you know your order is on the way! We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. Shipping is a $5 fixed rate for any Canadian order, $10 for American order, and $45 for all other international orders.

FREE SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC SAMPLES: Pink Fish Design Company offers free shipping on Sample Orders within Canada.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 14 days at hello@pinkfishprivacyfilms.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We cover all U.S. tariffs and import duties. All other international buyers are responsible for import duties charged at their border. We are not responsible for those charges unless from The United States.
