ORDER PROCESSING
Every piece is cut to order. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process your order. You'll get an email with tracking when it ships. We don't ship on weekends or holidays.
WHERE WE SHIP AND RATES
Canada: $5 flat rate.
USA: $10(CAD) flat rate. U.S. tariffs and import duties are included in our prices, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
EU and UK: trade and project orders of $500 CAD or more, shipped by DHL Express. VAT and import duties are included in your total at checkout, with no extra charges on delivery. For smaller orders or samples, contact us for a quote at hello@pinkfishprivacyfilms.com.

DELIVERY TIMES
After processing, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days in Canada and 7 to 10 business days to the USA. These are estimates, not guarantees.
FREE SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC SAMPLES
Pink Fish Design Company offers free shipping on Sample Orders within Canada.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@pinkfishprivacyfilms.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition, and we'll work with you to make it right.
